Individual Therapy is a psychotherapy implemented by a trained mental health professional to help an individual work through a problem. The length of time an individual needs to be in therapy is ultimately in the control of person receiving services. Discuss with your Accomplishkc (AKC) staff how long you expect to attend therapy and we can help tailor a plan which will get some or most of your goals achieved.
